What's inside the box?

This box includes a variety of cuts from around the whole hog. Whether you're making simple meals using ground pork or more complex dishes like pork chops or roasts, this box has you covered.

We'll try to give you a variety of the following items, based on what we have in stock now. Remember, you're supporting a small farm, not one of those big guys that has everything all the time.

8 (1 lb packs) Ground Pork

4 (1 lb packs) Pork Chops

3 (1 lb packs) Assorted Loose Sausage

2 (1.5 lb packs) Pork Ribs

2 (1 lb packs) Smoked Uncured Bacon

(~5 lb) Assorted Roasts (about 2 roasts)

How much freezer space will I need?

One cubic foot of freezer space will hold about 30-35lb of frozen meat. So this 25lb bundle should take up a little less than one cubic foot.
