Who will deliver my order?

FOR MAIL SHIPPING: We ship via UPS and FedEx, whichever has better service in your area. 

FOR LOCAL DELIVERY: We use private drivers.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged at the time that your order is packed for delivery. If you order items charged by the pound like meat, you many notice a slightly lower or higher final order total compared to your estimated total. We charge you for the exact weight of what you'll receive.

Is there an order minimum?

Yes! FOR MAIL SHIPPING: There's a $75 order minimum. This ensures we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature.

FOR LOCAL DELIVERY: There's a $40 order minimum. This makes it "worth it" to deliver right to your door.

When will my order be delivered?

FOR MAIL SHIPPING: We deliver orders on a weekly basis and you will be given an estimated delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders typically arrive 2-5 days after your order deadline passes. You'll get a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on things.

FOR LOCAL DELIVERY: We deliver orders on a weekly basis and you will be given an exact delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders arrive on Thursday between 2-8pm. You'll get a tracking number via text the day of delivery. You can live track the driver!

What if I'm not home for my delivery? How will my order arrive?

No problem. We'll leave your order at the front door! 

FOR MAIL SHIPPING: Your food will be carefully packaged in an insulated box with ice packs so frozen food stays frozen and fresh food stays fresh... even if you’re not home when your order arrives. Once you do arrive home we just ask that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able, definitely on the same day your order arrives.

FOR LOCAL DELIVERY: Your order is packed in a simple cardboard box with ice packs. Everything should stay in great shape in transit. If you won't be home for 1+ hour after delivery, please leave a cooler out.
