We ship orders to all 48 lower states! See the map above to see your zone and rates.
Who will deliver my order?
We ship via UPS and FedEx, whichever has better service in your area.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time that your order is packed for delivery. You many notice a slightly lower or higher final order total compared to your estimated total as some adjustments may be necessary for any items priced by the pound.
When will my order be delivered?
We deliver orders on a weekly basis and you will be given an estimated delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders can arrive in as early as 3 days depending upon your order date.
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
No problem. We'll leave your order at the front door in an insulated box. Once you do arrive home we just ask that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able, definitely on the same day your order arrives.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
Your food will be carefully packaged in an insulated box with ice packs so frozen food stays frozen and fresh food stays fresh... even if you’re not home when your order arrives.
Is there a Home Delivery order minimum?
Yes, there is a $75 order minimum to ensure we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature.
