Try out this delicious, easy-to-make pork chop recipe that marinates in Italian dressing! Our secret ingredient is Forest-Raised Pork from Triple E Farm--it adds a special twist to each bite. Enjoy a tantalizingly flavorful meal with our simple Marinated Pork Chops recipe!
2 pork chops (bone-in or boneless), cut from the loin
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup Italian dressing
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
Place in hot skillet and sear for 3 minutes per side until browned.
Remove from heat. Transfer to a plate and cover with Italian dressing, making sure to coat all sides of the pork chop.
Allow the pork chops to marinate for at least one hour, but up to two days in the refrigerator for maximum flavor absorption.
When ready to cook, preheat oven or grill to 375°F (190°C).
Transfer pork chops from marinade onto parchment lined baking sheet or directly onto grill grates (discard remaining marinade).
Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145ºF (63ºC). Alternatively, place on preheated grill over medium heat and cook for 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145ºF (63ºC).
