Our whole pastured turkey is turkey without additives, free from corn, soy, antibiotics, hormones, and anything artificial, just clean, simple food for your family. Raised naturally outdoors on pasture where they roam and forage like turkeys should, it’s full of rich, real flavor you won’t find in store-bought birds.
We keep it simple with a whole pasture raised turkey, rub it down with butter, salt, pepper, garlic, and a handful of fresh herbs, then roast it low and slow until the skin is golden and the meat is juicy. We like to toss some potatoes, carrots, and onions in the pan so they soak up all those good drippings, and since it’s turkey without additives raised naturally outdoors, the flavor does all the work for you. It’s the kind of meal that feeds everyone, makes the house smell amazing, and leaves plenty for sandwiches and soup the next day.
Raised on Pasture (And We Mean It)
Our pasture raised turkeys are raised naturally outdoors where they belong, roaming our biodiverse fields and foraging for grasses, seeds, and bugs. Our turkeys raised on pasture live the way turkeys used to, and that natural life shows up in the flavor: richer, firmer, and just plain better.
Pure & All-Natural
No artificial anything. Our farm raised turkeys are raised without antibiotics or hormones, without vaccines, without dewormers and anti-parasitics, without any drugs for that matter. They’re fed a clean, nutritious diet free of GMOs, corn, and soy. And nothing is added afterwards . No colors, no flavors, no saline injections. Just honest, all-natural turkey from our family farm for your family.
Raised with Care for the Land
As a family farm, we raise our birds the old-fashioned way, working with nature, not against it. Our farm-direct turkey comes from regenerative practices that support healthy animals, healthy soil, and a food system you can truly feel good about. And that of course means max nutrition for you!
Comes vacuum sealed and frozen. Can be frozen for up to a year. Slow thaw in the fridge overnight or quick thaw in a bowl of cold water. Will last 2-3 days in the fridge once thawed.
This is how Mom's done it for decades, and there's a reason nobody messes with tradition. Start with an optional brine if you want extra juiciness, then slather the bird with butter and herbs. What you get is a tender, fall-off-the-bone turkey that's worth the wait. Simple ingredients, perfect results. Just like Thanksgiving should be. Get the recipe here!
