How We Love to Use Ground Beef at Home:

Our ground beef comes from trim from the entire cow. It has excellent flavor, with an 80% lean and 20% fat profile. 

It’s one of the most useful things you can keep in the freezer. We like to brown it up with onions and garlic for tacos, turn it into burgers on the grill, or mold and pan fry it into a poor man’s steak, or maybe some tasty Cheesy Beef Enchiladas that makes the whole house smell so amazing. It’s rich and flavorful on its own.

Our cattle spend their lives outdoors on regenerative pastures, eating grass, soaking up sunshine, and moving to fresh fields regularly. It's 100% grass-fed beef the way cattle were designed to live, and you can taste the difference. Grass-fed beef is also more nutritious. More vitamins, minerals, omega-3s, and CLAs.

Storage & Shelf Life
