How We Love to Use Eggs at Home:

You can’t go wrong with eggs fried in a little raw butter, served alongside breakfast sausage and a thick slice of sourdough.

When we’re feeding a crowd, we love turning a dozen into a cheesy quiche with spinach or broccoli, just whisk the eggs with raw cream, or raw milk, swiss cheese, salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg, pour into a pie crust, and bake until golden and set.

And don’t save eggs just for breakfast! They’re wonderful for quick lunches, homemade baking, or a frittata made with whatever’s looking good in the fridge.

What Makes Our Eggs Different:

Eggs Raised the Way They Used to Be. Fresh Air. Sunshine. Happy Hens.

Our hens spend their days outdoors, scratching in the grass, pecking around for bugs, and enjoying the sunshine. We believe hens deserve room to roam and the freedom to do what comes naturally.

It’s a better way to raise chickens. We think that care matters in every egg. It’s a back-to-basics approach to farming, and one we’re proud to bring to your kitchen table.

Why Corn & Soy Free?

Well, first off, our customers asked for it. And once we started learning why, we agreed with them. Here are some benefits of corn & soy free eggs:

  • Chickens naturally forage for small grains, not big ones like corn and soy. It’s a more natural way to feed birds.
  • A modern, unnatural diet of mainly corn & soy can lead to health issues in animals.
  • We can avoid modern GMOs with certainty. No risk of cross pollination.
  • Corn & soy are, more often than not, farmed with modern conventional practices. Those are usually bad for the environment and the future of soil.
  • Feeding a natural diet means healthier animals and therefore more nutrition for you!
