A whole grain pantry staple.

Make yummy oatmeal, granola, cookies, muffins, breads, and energy bites and bars. You can also use it as a meatloaf or meatball filler. Or, mill it at home and make oat flour.

Once the hull is removed, whole oats are rolled flat into thin flakes. The process has minimal heat and is fast, and that means it preserves heat-sensitive vitamins and enzymes. 

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the pantry for 3-12 months. Or, to extend shelf life, you can store in the freezer for 1+ years.
