Wrap each chicken breast in bacon, rub it with a smoky-sweet mix of brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then bake until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is juicy. Spoon those pan drippings over the top before serving, they’re too good to waste.

Esta likes to serve it with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, green beans, or a salad. And if you like your bacon extra crispy, a quick minute or two under the broiler does the trick.

Storage & Shelf Life

Comes vacuum sealed and frozen. Keep frozen for up to 1 year. 

Thaw in the fridge for 24–48 hours, or quick-thaw in a bowl of cold water for 2–3 hours. Once thawed, use within 2–3 days.
