Esta bakes these with our own Malabar flour (local, organic ancient grain) and our pasture-raised eggs. The rest of the ingredients are either organic or up to our natural standards. No shortcuts, no junk. Just real ingredients, made like you would at home.

These are a limited-time item. Once they're gone, they're gone until next year. Esta makes them in small batches by hand, and honestly, they take longer to make than we thought. But they're worth it. Soft, sweet, with a cream cheese filling and strawberry preserves that taste like spring. They pair perfectly with a cup of tea or coffee.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Best enjoyed within 5-7 days, but they freeze well if you want to save some for later.
