This is our take on making ground beef even better. A mix of about 90% ground beef, 7% liver, and 3% heart. This gives you more nutrition in every bite while still tasting like the burgers, tacos, chili, and spaghetti your family already loves.
This blend is packed with the good stuff your body really needs: iron, B vitamins, and important nutrients from beef organs. Ancestral Ground Beef brings together three parts of the animal: ground beef (from trim from the entire cow), beef heart, and beef liver. We blend them together so you get all the nutritional benefits of organ meats without having to learn a whole new way of cooking.
We use it just like any olā ground beef: tacos, spaghetti, burgers, you name it. Itās rich and flavorful, and no one even notices the organ meats⦠they just know it tastes really really good. Our cattle spend their lives outdoors on regenerative pastures, eating grass, soaking up sunshine, and moving to fresh fields regularly.
