Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ancestral Blend Ground Beef
- (2 tsp) Garlic Powder
- (1 tsp) Onion Powder
- (1/2 tsp) Cumin
- (1/2 tsp) Coriander
- (1/2 tsp) Paprika
- (To Taste) Salt & Pepper
- (soaked in water for 30 minutes) Wooden Skewers
- (for garnish (optional)) Fresh Herbs, Chopped
Directions
- Preheat your grill or broiler on high heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the Ancestral Beef Blend with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and paprika. Mix well until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste and mix again.
