We keep this in the fridge for easy meals. Pile it onto sandwiches with pickles and a little horseradish. Chop it into a quick hash with potatoes and eggs. Or warm it up with roasted veggies for dinner. Itās also great tossed into salads or just eaten cold when you need a fast snack.
