Our super thick cream is wonderful in coffee or tea. Or, mix it with equal parts raw milk to make raw half & half!
You can use this cream like you do any heavy cream. You can make whipped cream or ice cream. You can use it in baking (mmm... scones). Or add richness to soups and sauces.
Our raw cream should last about 7-10 days after you receive it. This is the timeline for when it will become too sour to palate. But, of course, you can always use it as sour cream after that point!
