Ground brisket comes from the chest area of the animal, where hardworking muscles develop deep, rich flavor. It’s a little fattier, juicer, and more flavorful than regular old ground beef.
We love using it for elevated burgers. It’s excellent for flavor-packed chilis and tacos (where you don’t want those beefy notes to get lost in the spices). And it makes a mean meatloaf that won’t dry out.
