Triple E Farm's Forest Raised Pork Tenderloin

This melt-in-your-mouth experience is the perfect way to enjoy a cozy family dinner or impress your guests with something new and exciting. Here's how you can easily recreate this delicious dish at home:


  • 2 pork tenderloins from Triple E Farm
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic, oregano, thyme, melted butter, salt and pepper together and stir until fully combined.
  3. Rub the herb mixture over the pork tenderloins and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 °F (63 °C) on an instant read thermometer inserted into the center of the meat.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
