Mild Italian Pork Grillers

-

New!

Italian sausage links ready to grill or make sauce. Forest-raised pork in natural casings. Quick dinner, zero fuss, real flavor that tastes nothing like store-bought.

How We Like to Use It at Home

At our house, these are a go-to for quick dinners. We throw them on the grill until they're charred on the outside, or into a hot pan for a quick sear. Serve them with grilled vegetables, peppers and onions, or just on a bun with some mustard.

They're also great sliced and added to pasta, sauces, soups, or sheet pan dinners. Because they're in casings, they stay juicy and hold their shape.

Why forest raised matters?

For most of history, pigs lived in woods and forests, rooting for acorns, wallowing in mud, moving freely. That's what pigs do naturally.

Now? Most pigs are raised in concrete confinement barns. They never go outside. The meat is pale, watery, and bland.

Forest-raised pork is pork the old fashioned way. Pigs living in the woods, eating a natural diet. The meat is darker, richer, more marbled, and actually tastes like pork used to taste. It's just raising pigs the way they're supposed to be raised.
