How We Cook It at Home

Filet tips are cut from the tenderloin, the same section that gives us filet mignon. They may not have the fancy steakhouse shape, but they deliver the same tenderness and rich flavor. 

We cook these in a hot pan with a little butter, garlic, and onions until they’re nicely browned and tender. They’re great as steak bites (which kids love), tossed into stir-fries, skewered for the grill, or simmered into something like beef stroganoff.

Our cattle spend their lives outdoors on regenerative pastures, eating grass, soaking up sunshine, and moving to fresh fields regularly.
