How We Cook It at Home

Delmonico is cut from the ribeye primal or chuck-eye section of the cow. This section of the cow gives it heavy marbling and a rich flavor, making it perfect for high heat cooking.

Add a little salt to start, get the pan nice and hot, cook on both sides for a few minutes, and a little butter at the end. The flavor really stands on its own. It’s tender like a filet but with even more flavor. Rich, juicy, and really satisfying when you’re craving a proper steak.

Our cattle spend their lives outdoors on regenerative pastures, eating grass, soaking up sunshine, and moving to fresh fields regularly.
