How We Like to Use It at Home

These bones come from the large leg bones of our cattle. These bones have the most marrow, making them excellent for roasting and enjoying.

We like to roast them in the oven with a little salt until the marrow is soft and scoopable, then spread it on toast or bread (so good!). Sometimes we’ll add them to a pot with broth or soup for extra richness, it brings a deep, cozy flavor that makes everything taste so much better.

Our cattle spend their lives outdoors on regenerative pastures, eating grass, soaking up sunshine, and moving to fresh fields regularly. It's 100% grass-fed beef the way cattle were designed to live, and you can taste the difference. Grass-fed beef is also more nutritious. More vitamins, minerals, omega-3s, and CLAs.

Storage & Shelf Life
