This is a great one if you like doing things from scratch. This unrendered fat can be turned into tallow or added into your own blends for extra richness and flavor.

How We Use It at Home

Our beef fat comes from all over the cow. We usually render it down slowly into tallow and keep a jar on hand for cooking, it’s great for frying, roasting, or adding flavor to just about anything. Sometimes we’ll also mix a bit into ground meat to bump up the richness. It’s a useful staple that goes a long way in the kitchen.

Our cattle spend their lives outdoors on regenerative pastures, eating grass, soaking up sunshine, and moving to fresh fields regularly. It's 100% grass-fed beef the way cattle were designed to live, and you can taste the difference. Grass-fed beef is also more nutritious. More vitamins, minerals, omega-3s, and CLAs.
