Chip steak is a very thinly sliced beef. It's sliced much thinner than a regular steak - from paper-thin to 1/8 inch thick.
Since it's from our pasture raised, 100% grass fed cows, it packs more flavor and nutrition compared to its conventional counterpart. Makes amazing steak and cheese sandwiches. Great for add to an egg sandwich, too. Or cooks up quickly as part of a stir fry.
