How We Like to Use Them at Home

Hamburger patties are formed with our 100% grass-fed ground beef. It’s made from trim from the entire animal and is about 80% lean and 20% fat. They have rich flavor and a juicy texture that make burgers so good. 

At our house, these are a go-to for quick dinners, straight on the grill or into a hot pan, then topped with whatever we’ve got on hand. You barely need a lot of extra stuff to really taste these patties, a slice of cheese here, maybe some lettuce and tomatoes, and you’ve got the tastiest burger ever.

Our cattle spend their lives outdoors on regenerative pastures, eating grass, soaking up sunshine, and moving to fresh fields regularly. It's 100% grass-fed beef the way cattle were designed to live, and you can taste the difference. Grass-fed beef is also more nutritious. More vitamins, minerals, omega-3s, and CLAs.

Clean, Uncomplicated Beef.

This is beef without antibiotics or hormones. No GMOs, no weird additives. Just naturally raised beef with real flavor. Grass fed beef from our family farm, where cattle live on sunshine, fresh air, and grass. 

Storage & Shelf Life 

Can be frozen for up to a year, and can last for 1-2 days in the fridge once thawed.
