Storage & Shelf Life
This is a natural, uncured beef jerky. It should last about 6 months unopened at room temp, stored in a cool dark place. Or, store unopened in the freezer or fridge for up to a year. Once open, it's hard to predict shelf life. But, since it's a dried meat, it should last at least a couple weeks.
