How We Use It at Home

Our beef tallow comes from the fat from all around the cow. We slowly render that fat down into a clean, versatile cooking fat that's been a kitchen staple for generations. 

We use it in place of oil for just about everything: frying eggs, roasting potatoes, or searing meat. It handles heat really well and oxidizes at a super high temp. It also works for homemade skincare or candles. It’s a great staple that’s easy to keep around and use daily.

Our cattle spend their lives outdoors on regenerative pastures, eating grass, soaking up sunshine, and moving to fresh fields regularly. It's 100% grass-fed beef the way cattle were designed to live, and you can taste the difference. Grass-fed beef is also more nutritious. More vitamins, minerals, omega-3s, and CLAs.

This is beef without antibiotics or hormones. No GMOs, no weird additives. Just naturally raised beef with real flavor. Grass fed beef from our family farm, where cattle live on sunshine, fresh air, and grass. 

Storage & Shelf Life

When airtight and stored in a cool and dark place, rendered beef tallow can last a year (or more) at room temp. It can last even longer in the fridge, and even longer in the freezer. Best longevity is achieved by making sure no contaminants get in and the lid stays tightly closed.
