Pork-tastic Meatballs: With an Italian Spice Sausage Kick!

Try the Best Meatballs with Triple E Farms Italian Spice Sausage! With this recipe, you'll get a flavorful take on a classic dish.

Ingredients:

• 1 pound of Triple E Farms Hot Italian  Sausage
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease or line a baking sheet and set aside.
2. Squeeze sausage from casing into a large bowl and discard casing. Mix in garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper until fully combined.
3. Using your hands or an ice cream scooper, shape mixture into balls and arrange them on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite sauce!
