How We Cook Them at Home

We throw these on the grill (or a hot pan), toast a bun, add a little mayo or mustard, maybe some extra cheese if we’re feeling it. They’re also really good chopped up into wraps or bowls with whatever’s in the fridge. The flavor’s already there, you don’t have to do a whole lot.
