Maple Glazed Pork Chops

Maple syrup is one of our favorite favors to pair with pork.
The mushrooms add texture and an elegant touch.

Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together rub ingredients and rub on pork chops.
- Refrigerate 2 hours before frying.
- In a skillet, melt butter.
- Add pork chops and fry until done, 5-6 minutes total, or until internal temperature reaches 145°E. Size and thickness can make a difference.
- When done, remove from skillet.
- Add mushrooms to pan drippings. Sauté until tender.
- Add chicken stock and maple syrup and cook on high until sauce reduces and thickens.
- Return pork chops to skillet and heat for 1 minute, or until heated through.

- 8 boneless pork chops
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms. sliced
- ½ cup chicken stock
- ½ cup maple syrup
Dry Rub
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- tablespoon salt
- tablespoon pepper
