Directions
- Slice chicken into ½-inch strips.
- In a medium bowl, mix together marinade ingredients.
- Add chicken and toss with marinade. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Melt butter in skillet. Add onions and bell peppers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Sauté until tender. Remove from skillet.
- Add chicken with marinade to skillet, cover, and cook on medium heat until just done.
- Return bell peppers and onions to the skillet and simmer, uncovered, for a few minutes. (If it's still really juicy, cook on high until juices reduce.)
- Use tongs to place mixture in tortillas and top with toppings of your choice. The possibilities are endless!

- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced salt and pepper
- 6-10 (10-inch) flour tortillas

- 2 garlic cloves, minced or crushed juice of 1 lime ¼ cup olive oil 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
