Turkey Wing Paddles (AKA Wingettes)

-

New!

These meaty drumettes are perfect for smoking, roasting, or throwing on the grill. Cut from pasture raised turkey, they’ve got more meat than you’d expect and tons of flavor, great for game day or easy weeknight dinners.

How We Love to Use Turkey Wing Paddles at Home:

We love cooking our turkey wing paddles low and slow,  smoked with a simple rub, roasted with garlic and herbs until the skin gets crispy, or grilled and brushed with BBQ sauce. They’re also great tossed in buffalo sauce for game day or braised in broth with veggies for a cozy, no-fuss meal, way more versatile than you’d expect from a farm-raised turkey cut.

What's a turkey "paddle"?

A turkey paddle is the culinary name for the middle, flat section of a turkey wing. It's also called a "wingette". It's the part of the wing located between the meaty drumette section and the pointed wing tip.

What Makes Our Turkey Different:

Raised on Pasture (And We Mean It)

Our pasture raised turkeys are raised naturally outdoors where they belong, roaming our biodiverse fields and foraging for grasses, seeds, and bugs. Our turkeys raised on pasture live the way turkeys used to, and that natural life shows up in the flavor: richer, firmer, and just plain better.

Pure & All-Natural

No artificial anything. Our farm raised turkeys are raised without antibiotics or hormones, without vaccines, without dewormers and anti-parasitics, without any drugs for that matter. They’re fed a clean, nutritious diet free of GMOs, corn, and soy. And nothing is added afterwards . No colors, no flavors, no saline injections. Just honest, all-natural turkey from our family farm for your family.

Raised with Care for the Land

As a family farm, we raise our birds the old-fashioned way, working with nature, not against it. Our farm-direct turkey comes from regenerative practices that support healthy animals, healthy soil, and a food system you can truly feel good about. And that of course means max nutrition for you!

Storage & Shelf Life

Can be frozen for up to a year. Slow thaw in the fridge overnight or quick thaw in a bowl of cold water. Once thawed, your turkey will last 1-2 days in the fridge.
