We cook it like regular bacon, in a pan until it gets nice and crispy, then try not to eat it straight off the plate. It’s great with eggs in the morning, piled onto burgers, or tucked into wraps when you want to make a simple meal feel a little extra.
Nitrates or nitrites are synthetic preservatives commonly used in processed meats. "Uncured" means we're not using those chemical additives. We don't even use celery juice or cherry powder, which has naturally occurring nitrates and nitrites.
Instead, our beef bacon is preserved naturally through smoking and salting, the old fashioned way. You get all the flavor and none of the stuff you're trying to avoid.
Our cattle spend their lives outdoors on regenerative pastures, eating grass, soaking up sunshine, and moving to fresh fields regularly. It's 100% grass-fed beef the way cattle were designed to live, and you can taste the difference. Grass-fed beef is also more nutritious. More vitamins, minerals, omega-3s, and CLAs.

Can be frozen for up to a year, and can last for 1-2 weeks in the fridge. Once opened, use within a week.
