Mmm... there's just something about a cold glass of milk. Drink it on its own, with a meal, or alongside your favorite cookies. Our raw milk is also delicious in your coffee, tea, and hot or cold cereal. It also has numerous uses for cooking and baking. Think sauces, creamy soups, or fluffy cakes and breads.
Goat milk is naturally easier to digest than cow's milk. The fat globules are smaller, so your body breaks it down faster. It's also lower in lactose and has a different protein structure, closer to human milk than cow's milk is. Many people who struggle with cow's milk do fine with goat milk.
Our raw milk should last about 10-14 days after you receive it. This is the timeline for when it will become too sour to palate. But, of course, there are many uses for soured milk and clabber after that point.
