Eye of round roast comes from the rear leg of the animal, in an area known as the round. Because this muscle gets plenty of exercise, it's naturally lean with a hearty beef flavor.

It's a classic roasting cut that shines when cooked carefully and sliced thin. Whether served as a traditional roast beef dinner or piled onto sandwiches, or, if we're feeding our friends, we'll sometimes braise it with onions and broth until tender. It brings that rich, old-fashioned roast beef flavor that’s unbeatable.

Storage & Shelf Life 

Can be frozen for up to a year, and can last for 2-3 days in the fridge once thawed.
