Prepare a delicious meal for your family with Triple E Farm’s Instapot Grass-Fed Arm Roast! This one-pot meal is bursting with flavor and packed with healthy ingredients like olive oil, balsamic vinegar, beef broth, garlic powder, onion and carrots. Enjoy this tasty dish cooked in the Instapot in just 60 minutes!
Ingredients:
3 lb grass-fed arm roast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 onion, diced
4 carrots, peeled and diced
Directions:
In a small bowl or container, combine the black pepper and garlic powder. Rub the mixture on both sides of the arm roast.
Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in an Instapot and then add the seasoned arm roast to it. Sear each side for about two minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove the seared arm roast from Instapot and set aside.
Add one tablespoon of olive oil to the Instapot along with the chopped onion and carrot pieces, sautéing for five minutes.
Carefully pour in your beef broth, balsamic vinegar, and seasonings like salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Place your seared arm roast back into the potlock lid in place before setting your timer for 60 minutes on high pressure cook setting on Instapot's manual mode.. Allow pressure to naturally release when done cooking before opening up lid.
Remove arm roast from Instapot and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing against grain into thin slices and then serving! Enjoy!
