This delicious sausage has a bold flavor created with chili peppers, salt, spices and garlic powder extractives. Unlike most store bought chorizo, ours pork is from hogs raised in the woods with access to fresh native grasses and plenty of different nuts and berries - giving it an enriched flavor and texture. Add great for a classic chorizo and eggs breakfast or with tacos for your next Taco Tuesday!

Start your day off with a flavorful and protein-packed dish - Chorizo and Eggs! Using our forest raised raised chorizo pork sausage, this easy and delicious recipe is sure to become one of your favorites. Heat up the pan, add in some eggs and chorizo, scramble everything together, and you'll have a flavorful breakfast in no time!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Triple E Farm's pork chorizo sausage
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the chorizo. Cook for 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Heat the butter in the skillet over low heat and pour in the egg mixture. Gently stir the eggs with a spatula to scramble them until they are light and fluffy.
  4. Add the chorizo back into the pan and continue stirring until everything is cooked through - about 5 minutes or so. Serve hot with your favorite sides!
