This medium-protein flour is is a cleaner and local version of the all-purpose flour found in stores. Use for baking, cooking, thickening sauces and gravies, and as a coating for fried foods. Basically you can use it for any recipe calling for flour!

It's not white flour, but it's also not whole wheat.

Our flour has some bran removed and some remaining. This makes a great all-purpose flour that can be used in any recipe calling for flour.
