Hey there Triple E Farm fam! We can't wait to fill you in on the awesome adventure we recently started towards improving our processes of ecological sustainability and regenerative farming practices!

Introducing the Team

We have joined forces with the dynamic duo, Daniel and Morgan Griffith from Timshel Wildlands. They've initiated a network known as Commons Provisions, working towards promoting sustainable practices globally. Together they are helping our farm achieve EOV certification!

What is Ecological Outcome Verification (EOV)?

EOV assesses key indicators of ecosystem health, including soil health, biodiversity, and ecosystem function. Healthy soils can absorb more carbon, retain more water, and enrich fertility. This fosters the growth of diverse plant species and supports the flourishing of domestic animals and wildlife.

We aim to meet the strict requirements set for Ecological Outcome Verification (EOV). This is a two-year process that involves annual monitoring and improvement of our land's health. Having started this journey last year, we're now in the second year and eagerly awaiting our progress evaluation!

The EOV Process

The EOV process starts with setting a baseline in the first year. This involves soil sampling, grass species identification, and water infiltration assessments. In the second year, they return to evaluate if our land has shown improvement compared to the previous year.

The EOV Stamp

Once our data is verified and demonstrates improvement, we'll receive a certificate acknowledging our achievement. This certificate allows us to label our products with the prestigious EOV stamp, signifying our commitment to ecological regeneration.

What Does 'Regenerative' Mean?

Regenerative farming focuses on restoring and enhancing the health of the land as a living system. It aims to create a harmonious relationship between agriculture, biodiversity, and ecosystem function. At Triple E Farm, we strive to incorporate these practices into every aspect of our operations.

Our Commitment

Triple E Farm is committed to producing the best, most nutritious, and healthiest food possible. Our practices not only benefit us and our land but also future generations. By prioritizing regenerative agriculture, we're laying the foundation for a sustainable and resilient food system.

Stay Tuned for our EOV Assessment Results!

Stay tuned for the second part of this newsletter, where we will reveal the exciting results of our EOV certification journey. Together, let's continue to support regenerative farming and create a better future for our planet.
