Where does Triple E Farms deliver?
We currently have home delivery via FedEx/UPS to these select states: West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, D.C.
Who will deliver my order?
Orders within our regular service area are delivered by a trusted local courier. Orders outside our regional service area will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time that your order is packed for delivery. You many notice a slightly lower or higher final order total compared to your estimated total as some adjustments may be necessary for any items priced by the pound.
When will my order be delivered?
We deliver orders on a weekly basis and you will be given an estimated delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders can arrive in as early as 2 days depending upon your order date.
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
No problem. We'll leave your order at the front door in an insulated box. Once you do arrive home we just ask that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
Ingredients are shipped frozen and carefully packaged in an insulated box with dry ice so food stays frozen even if you’re not home when we deliver.
Is there a Home Delivery order minimum?
Yes, there is a $99 order minimum to ensure we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature. Please Note: All orders of $150 or more qualify for Free Home Delivery.
