  • 3 pounds of forest-raised pork baby back ribs from Triple E Farm
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat and generously oil the grates. Place the ribs on the preheated grill. Sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Grill for 10 minutes per side, or until an instant read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat registers 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
